Refund policy

At Terra Ross Ltd your satisfaction is our top priority!

We stand firmly behind the quality of our products. If you have any issues or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry! Simply return the items within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the amount you paid.

Also, if the product is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, it is eligible for return and the value of the product will be refunded to you within 14 days. In this case, you are entitled to a return at our expense and we will send you a return label.

Please note that this policy does not apply to perishable items.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on fresh and frozen truffles and other perishable products once they have left our store. These are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. Furthermore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been picked up by a courier.

This policy is in line with Terra Ross’ commitment to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Perishable products include:

  • Fresh truffles
  • Frozen truffles
  • Sealed or canned products

Right of withdrawal and return for refund

1. You acknowledge that Terra Ross Ltd. specializes in the production of food products with an optimal shelf life, including perishable products with a shorter shelf life.

2. You also acknowledge that under the regulations you are not entitled to cancel or return for a refund products categorized as perishable.

3. Please understand that we cannot accept cancellations for products that are prone to spoilage or have been opened after delivery, as this is crucial for health and hygiene reasons.
